UT Martin has received a copy of “Better Men: Alpha Upsilon in Vietnam,” a book documenting the wartime experiences of 17 members of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity’s Alpha Upsilon Chapter who served in Vietnam.
The book was presented to Chancellor Yancy Freeman Sr. by fraternity alumni and student leaders during a ceremony in May. The book was edited by biographer Cindy Kent.
The Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho was established at UT Martin on April 20th, 1963.
