Kentucky State Police are investigating the death of an inmate at the McCracken County Jail.
Police say 35-year-old Brandon Bowman of Paducah suffered an apparent medical emergency Sunday while in the presence of medical staff at the jail. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy conducted Monday found medical complications and no signs of foul play, according to investigators.
The investigation remains ongoing.
