The Dyersburg Police Department is investigating a Wednesday shooting that left one man critically injured.
Chief Steve Isbell says the incident happened around 5:00 Wednesday night when 19-year-old Erick Holland, Jr., of Dyersburg, was shot multiple times as hit walked into his apartment on Fisher Circle.
Isbell says four gunmen opened fire on Holland and fled the scene in a vehicle.
Investigators collected 31 shell casings where the gunmen opened fire with the apartment and a vehicle struck by gunfire multiple times.
Chief Isbell says Holland is being treated at Regional One in Memphis, where his condition is unknown.
