Fire destroys building in Martin

A large fire destroyed a building Wednesday afternoon on Ralston Road in Martin.

The building was being used as a pallet warehouse and reports indicate the fire started from burning pallets under windy conditions.

The building was located at the corner of Ralston Road and Highway 22 and was the original location of Damron’s Barbecue.
