Four Gleason homes damaged by flooding

Four homes in Gleason received flood damage from Thursday morning’s thunderstorm.

Weakley County EMA Director Ray Wiggington says the damage is listed as minor, with the crawl spaces, HVAC units, and water pumps/well houses being the main items damaged.

Wiggington says there was no property damage reported from wind and that it’s unlikely anyone will be displaced due to the flood damage.
