Henry County Sheriff’s Office, TBI investigating after body found in burning home

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the TBI are investigating after a body was found in a burning
home Monday night in Paris.

Sheriff Josh Frey says the housefire happened on Old Blake School Road and the body was found as firefighters with the Cottage Grove Fire Department were battling the blaze.

Sheriff Frey says the case is an active investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
