The Tennessee State Election Commission appointed Linda Ramsey to the Weakley County Election Commission this morning in a telephonic meeting.
Earlier this week, the Weakley County Democratic Party nominated Ramsey to replace April Lieberman, who resigned last week.
Ramsey joins Amy Lewellen as the two Democrats on the Election Commission, along with Republicans Britan Coleman, John Freeman, and Wendell Verdell.
