Shooting Death in Martin

The Martin Police Department has reported a deadly shooting.

Officers responded to a call for assistance that was made to North Lindell Street just after five o’ clock on Saturday afternoon. Police discovered a victim that was deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim’s identity has not been released, and the investigation is ongoing.
