A memorial service for Vernon Welch, age 74, of Dresden, will be Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 2:00 at Concord Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Trenton.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 16, 2021, from 11:00 until service time at the church.
