All fields and spaces are required unless otherwise noted. Events must be submitted at least 14 days in advance prior to event. All events submitted will first be reviewed before being published on this web site and given to disc jockeys to begin discussing on-air. Approval of events may take up to 72 hours before being published and/or distributed. Events not meeting this minimum criteria will be discarded. It is also important to know that commercial (for-profit) businesses may not use this form unless said business is hosting a charity event, where proceeds are being donated to a not-for-profit business or equally not-for-profit cause (i.g. spaghetti supper for a burn victim, etc.). Please review what is acceptable within these guidelines and proceed further. Any for-profit public services will be discarded and will not air nor be posted on Thunderbolt Radio and Digital mediums.
