A South Fulton junior volleyball player has been recognized for her outstanding play.
Raegan Osteen has been invited to attend the American Volleyball Coaches Association “Phenom College Prep Program”.
The program is an invitation only event for uncommitted seniors and underclassmen.
The Phenom Program consistently has more than 200 college coaches in attendance, and will take place December 14th thru the 17th in Tampa.
