Pilots Named in Fatal Plane Crash in Union City

The names of the two pilots killed in a plane crash in Union City have been released.

Reports said Scott McDonald, of Nevada and Stan Hales, of California, were killed when their 2015 Xtremeair XA43 plane crashed into the solar farm at Everett Stewart Regional Airport.

The two were conducting aerobatics training at the airport on the morning of November 15th, when the accident occurred.

The National Transportation Safety Board is in charge of the investigation.
