The National Weather Service says the Ken-Tenn area could see their first glimpse of snow on Thursday and Friday.
A slow moving storm system is approaching the area, with the chance of the mixed precipitation on Thursday night into Friday morning.
Overnight lows on Thursday will be below freezing, with the rain/snow mix changing to all rain on Friday morning.
Current predictions indicate some snow could stick to grassy surfaces, but no major accumulations are expected.
