Two new electric vehicle chargers will be installed in Union City.
During this week’s City Council meeting, City Manager Johnny McTurner presented the opportunity for the service.(AUDIO)
Following the five year lease, McTurner said the city could negotiate an extension with the private investor.
Following the discussion, Council members voted unanimously to allow the installation of the chargers on the Depot Street side of City Hall.
