South Fulton Middle School girls defeated JP Freeman in the semi finals of the region basketball tournament 33 to 24 last night.
The Junior Red Devil girl’s team will play against Fayette Middle School West Saturday afternoon at 4:30 A win will mean they will go to the state middle school tournament.
South Fulton girls are coach by J B Suiter.
Meanwhile Halls will face Fayette Middle boys at 6p and the winner goes to the state tournament.
Meanwhile in Covington, Paris Inman eliminated the Martin Middle School 49 to 48 ending the season for the Chargers in the Middle School championship. Paris Inman will play in the boy’s state tournament next week in Smyrna.
