Obion County Central’s Olin Johnson will play for the Class-A State Singles Tennis Championship on Friday in Murfreesboro.
School Communications Director Lauren Kendall said Johnson won his semi-final match Thursday afternoon against Neal Childress, of Moore County.
Johnson took the match over Childress in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2.
Johnson will now play for the Class-A State Championship at 11:00 on Friday at the Adams Tennis Complex.
He will play in the State Championship match tomorrow at 11:00 AM!
