Murray State Basketball Signs Atlantic Sun All-Freshman Player

Murray State has announced the basketball signing of Atlantic Sun Conference All-Freshman player Layne Taylor.

The 5’11” guard played his freshman year at Central Arkansas, where he led the team with 17.4 points per game, 73 assists and 64 made three-point shots.

Taylor played for his father at Farmington High School, where he became the No.3 all-time scorer in Arkansas history with 3,372 points.

He was a four time All-State selection, who led Farmington to two state championships and a total record of (124-12).
