The 57th annual UT Martin Rodeo starts Thursday night at the Ned McWherter Ag Complex in Martin.
The annual rodeo usually brings up to 15,000 people to Martin, giving the city a large economic boost.
Martin Economic and Community Development Director Brad Thompson told Thunderbolt News more about the impact the rodeo has.
Mr. Thompson says the UT Martin Rodeo ranks in the top three largest events in Martin, behind the Soybean Festival and Santa’s Village.
The rodeo will kick off Thursday night at 7:30. Tickets can be purchased online at UTMSports.com
