The Paducah Police Department responded to Kentucky Oaks Mall for a reported bomb threat.
Police officers and mall staff performed a search of the building and did not locate any explosive device.
The investigation by detectives is on-going.
Police are reminding the public to stay vigilant and aware of their surroundings at all times.
Anyone who see something suspicious, such as unattended bags, unusual behavior, or anything that seems out of place, are urged to report it.
