Disaster relief from storm and flood damage in April may not be available for Obion County.
During this week’s County Commission meeting, Commissioner and Emergency Management Director Danny Jowers addressed Highway Superintendent Kevin Dunn about the damage.(AUDIO)
County Attorney Steve Conley also addressed the possibility of not receiving FEMA disaster funding.(AUDIO)
Dunn said the damage that occurred included washed out culverts and roads, along with extensive rebuilding of road shoulders.
