Thunderbolt Broadcasting has been nominated for awards in three categories by the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters.
Named as finalists for the 2025 Association of Broadcasters annual Excellence in Broadcasting Awards Ceremony was:
KYTN News Director Charles Choate for Best Local On-Air Newscaster or Reporter
WCMT News Director Skylar Oliver for Best Local News Coverage
and WCMT’s Robin Francis for Best Locally Produced Commercial or Promo.
The awards banquet will recognize excellence in broadcasting from across Tennessee in Large and Small Market radio and television, along with college.
The TAB Awards Ceremony will take place in Nashville at the Country Music Hall of Fame on August 18th.
