
Union City head basketball coach Bill Kail says he is ready to lead the boys high school program.
Kail was selected to take over the program following the recent retirement of long time coach Shane Sisco.
Kail now returns to the high school role, after a successful period of time as the boys Middle School coach.
The new head coach told Thunderbolt News about his return to the high school ranks.(AUDIO)
Kail was asked about a team he will inherit when practice begins for the 2025-26 season.(AUDIO)
During his past two seasons as Middle School coach, Kail’s teams combined for a record of (31-9).
Kail also spent 12 years as the head basketball coach at Obion County Central, where his teams posted 180 wins.
