An Obion County woman was the victim of a fatal two vehicle accident Friday evening in Western Kentucky.
77 year old Letha Barnes, of South Fulton, passed away at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield following the crash in Hickman County.
The accident occurred just before 7:30 on Burkett Road.
Reports said two other people involved in the accident were also hospitalized for injuries.
