Obion County Central’s Chris Lownsdale has achieved the status as a Certified Athletic Administrator.
The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association made the announcement after Lownsdale demonstrated the highest level of knowledge and expertise in athletic administration.
The voluntary certification process included a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s educational background, experience and professional contributions.
The process also included a rigorous, comprehensive written examination.
With his acceptance, Lownsdale becomes part of an elite group on interscholastic athletic administrators nationwide to attain the level of professionalism.
