The Obion Community Club will be hosting an Independence Day Celebration on Saturday starting at 4:00.
Ms. Patsy Barker said the public is invited to attend the event, which will take place at Indian Park on Palestine Street.
Activities during the day will include food trucks, vendors, cake walks, along with live music by the The Renegades.
Ms. Barker said cash drawings will take place at 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00, with a $100 drawing at 9:00.
The Independence Day Celebration will conclude with a fireworks show at 9:30.
