The annual White Squirrel Festival in Kenton will get underway on Friday.
The eight days of activities will start with a Downtown Open House at 5:00, followed by professional wrestling at 7:30 at the Kenton Gym.
Saturday’s activities begin with an Arts and Crafts Market, followed by a Car, Bike, Truck and Tractor Show at the park, and ending with Trivia Night at the gym.
Also scheduled during the White Squirrel Festival is a Community Worship Service, Military and First Responders program, Family Night Out, Scavenger Hunt and Bingo Night.
The festival will conclude on July 4th with a day of activities including the Grand Parade and fireworks show.
