Several small earthquakes were recorded over the past week in Lake County.
The first tremor at 2.2 occurred last Friday morning south of Tiptonville near Wynnburg Road.
Also on Friday night, back-to-back tremors of 1.6 and 1.9 were recorded in almost the same location near Chandlers Mill Road southeast of Ridgely.
Late Tuesday afternoon, a 2.1 earthquake occurred just before 6:45 west of Ridgely near Levee Road.
And on Wednesday at 6:00, a 2.0 earthquake was recorded just north of Ridgely near Ray Shelton Road.
