RaeKar is sending postcards to customers to sign up for residential recycling services in Martin.
Customers can wait on apostcard with the QR code for sign up, or call Martin City Hall.
The new program will begin once 500 residents have signed up. It the cost is $16 monthly, which will be added to Residents Utility Bill.
