A Five year old Trenton girl has passed away after drowning in her neighbor’s pool.
Trenton police received a call about a 5-year-old autistic girl missing from her home.
WBBJ reports that while searching for the girl, an officer noticed a gaping hole in a fence nearby where the officer could see a pool.
He later discovered a child at the bottom of the pool and jumped in to retrieve her and began performing CPR.
The child was then transported to the Milan Emergency Room where she was pronounced dead.
