A Paducah man accused of keeping over three dozen dogs in his home in inhumane conditions was back in McCracken County Circuit Court again Tuesday.
According to WPSD, upon searching David Howery’s home, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office removed 32 dogs from the property, some in critical condition.
Officers found the dogs in crates stacked ceiling height and one had to be euthanized at the scene.
Howery faces 19 felony charges and 13 misdemeanors. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
