Classification: 7A

Long time head coach of the Gleason Bulldogs Noah Lampkins, is preparing his team for this fall as he enters his 22nd year at the helm of the program. Lampkins is positive about the direction this team is heading.

 

Last season, the Bulldogs were competing with no seniors on their roster. This season, his junior group has a year of experience and are prepared for the season.

 

Gleason high school has a population of 105 students according to Lampkins and 25 members on his team. He is proud of the work ethic of each of his athletes.

 

Earlier this summer, it was announced that Lampkins would be inducted into the Weakley County Sports Hall of Fame, thanks in part to his years of service to the Gleason Community.

Gleason will scrimmage Tipton Rosemark, Stewart County and participate in the Hollow-Rock Bruceton Jamboree before beginning the season.

The Bulldogs first game of the season will be on August 22nd on the road against Fulton County.
