With Weakley county schools in session now for their first full week, students have to follow a new dress code.
Weakley County School board member Jeff Floyd says he believes that parents and children need to take some responsibility.
Mr. Floyd also said that Weakley County schools are working hard to give the students the very best education.
Meanwhile, as part of an ongoing commitment to keep classrooms focused and distraction-free, students will be expected to follow the new school board policy on cellphones.
