Memphis Chanel 3 reports officials in Hardin County say two people drowned and a third was rescued in the Tennessee River Saturday.
The bodies of two people were recovered; a third person was rescued by a nearby boater according to the Hardin County Fire Department.
The department reported on social media that the incident occurred near Wolf Island near Crump.
The Hardin County Fire Department said it was not the result of a boating accident. No other information has been released.
