The Obion County Fair held its official opening ceremonies last night on the Main Stage.
The ceremony included the raising of the flag and National Anthem, the introduction of board members, elected officials and pageant winners.
The fair also announced the induction of longtime board member, the late Tammy Sparks, as the newest member of the Hall of Fame.
Obion County Mayor Steve Carr delivered the official welcome to start the events and activities for the week.(AUDIO)
The Obion County Fair will continue through Saturday night.
