A two vehicle crash in Obion County claimed the life of an Obion County man.
Tennessee Highway Patrol reports said 43 year old Bobby H. Payne died in the accident that occurred Monday afternoon just before 1:30.
A preliminary report said Payne was operating a 2015 Honda Civic, while 42 year old David Dean, of Tennessee, was operating a 2025 GMC Sierra truck.
Dean was not injured in the accident, which occurred on Highway 51 near Allie Campbell Road.
The Highway Patrol report said Dean was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, while Payne was not.
No charges were filed in the accident.
