
Democratic candidate for Governor, Jerri Green, is hitting the road to meet with voters in communities across the state.
In a press release Ms. Green says she’s known for her message of compassion and commitment and says she’s fought for her community by championing free gun locks, a free HIV test by mail program, funding for reproductive healthcare, and more.
Ms. Green is a mother of three, a lifelong Tennessean, raised in Memphis, educated in Knoxville, and began her career in Nashville.
The Memphis councilwoman will hold events Jackson, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Harriman over the next few days.
