
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee was in Memphis on Friday to discuss the new “Memphis Safe Task Force”.
Governor Lee met with local, state and federal officials to discuss the initiative to eradicate violent crime in the city.
During a press conference, Governor Lee said Memphis was dear to him as the home of his grandparents and birthplace of his mother.
Starting this week, the Governor said the enforcement against crime would begin.(AUDIO)
