The 22nd Annual Martin Empty Bowls will be held at the Martin Public Library Stage on Saturday October 11th from 8:00am to 10:00am.
This year’s event will run alongside the Fall Harvest Festival and UT Martins 2025 Homecoming.
Assistant Professor of Art in the UT Martin Department of Visual and Theater Arts Jason Woolery tells us about the History of “Martin Empty Bowls”.
Mr. Woolery goes on to tell us about the different types of bowls he and his students have hand crafted for purchase.
Proceeds from Martin Empty Bowls will go to support the local food pantry from WE CARE Ministries that services Weakley County.
