Tennessee Governor Bill Lee is heading back to Memphis as the Memphis Safe Task Force begins its third week of enforcement.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said, so far 562 arrests have been made in Memphis, and that 144 illegal guns have been seized. The task force not only made numerous arrests thousands of others have received traffic tickets.
Earlier Governor Bill Lee announced that a task force of 13 agencies, including the National Guard and 300 additional troopers, will be in Memphis.
