Obion County Director of Schools, Tim Watkins, has named the new principal for the Obion County Middle School.
In a released statement, Director Watkins said “I would like to congratulate Mr. J.B. Suiter on being named principal of Obion County Middle School. I’m excited about his vision for OCMS and his plans for a school that’s motto is “BE ONE OC”. I’m excited for the opportunities for all OUR kids that will result in a school that is successful in academics, extracurricular activities, and social emotional development that will build towards success in high school and beyond.”
The new Obion County Middle School will be located in the current Ridgemont School building, and will begin operations for the 2026-27 school year.
