A Union City man was killed and others injured in an early morning shooting Sunday in Union City.
Union City police reports said 23 year old Omariyon Harper was pronounced deceased at Baptist Memorial Hospital, following the shooting at the Volume Lounge at 202 Railroad Street.
Police reports said officers, along with deputies with the Obion County Sheriff’s Office, were at the location when gunshots were heard coming from inside the building.
When entering the building just after 12:30 in the morning, officers located multiple individuals who were suffering from gunshot wounds.
A person of interest in the shooting was identified, and efforts were underway to locate and interview the individual.
