A group home employee has been arrested and accused of abusing a vulnerable adult in her care.
After an investigation by the TBI’s Medicaid Fraud Control Division, 74 year old Queen Ester Reese was arrested for allegedly being involved in the physical and emotional abuse of an intellectually disabled TennCare patient.
TBI agents took Reese into custody Tuesday, charging her with Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult.
She was booked into the Shelby County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
