The annual Christmas season “Shop with a Cop” will take place this Saturday in Union City.
Union City Police Chief Ben Yates said the community has again supported their fundraising efforts by attending the softball game, golf tournament and Burger Bash.
Due to the generosity of local citizens and businesses, Chief Yates said the “Shop with a Cop” program will again provide needed assistance for local children.(AUDIO)

The Chief also expressed his gratitude to Walmart Store Manager David Harris and all of the staff members who make the shopping tour a success.
“Shop with a Cop” will begin Saturday morning at 9:00.
