An Obion County Sheriff’s Office deputy has been honored for his work.
Deputy Alex Cochran was named “Deputy of the Year” for West Tennessee District 8.
He was recognized at the annual Tennessee Highway Safety Office Holiday Meeting in Madison County this month.
Sheriff Karl Jackson said Deputy Cochran is in his first year as a law enforcement officer, and has shown great dedication to his profession by enforcing safety and security in the community.
