A one vehicle accident claimed the life on a man in Dyer County on Christmas morning.
Dyer County Sheriff Jeff Box said 29 year old Hector Martinez was killed in the crash on Newbern-Roellen Road near the tunnel.
Sheriff Box said an investigation into the fatal crash is still ongoing.
