Obion County School System Recognizes “Teachers of the Year”

The Obion County School System has announced honors for educational achievements this past year.

School Communications Director Lauren Kendal said system-wide “Teacher of the Year” honors was presented to:

Nicole Hicks of Ridgemont – PreK-thru-4^th grade

Marina Greer of South Fulton Middle/High School- 5^th-thru-8^th grade

Jeanna Walker of Obion County Central – 9^th-thru-12^th grade

Melissa Merritt of Ridgemont – Principal of the Year

Maria Matheny of Hillcrest – Assistant Principal of the Year

Adam Stephens of Obion County Board Office – Supervisor of the Year

These individuals were honored for their dedication, leadership, and commitment to serving the students and families of Obion County Schools. Their work reflects the excellence and heart that exists across our district.
