Union City Council members were informed of a new garbage provider for the city.
During the latest Council meeting, City Manager Johnny McTurner explained the change over from Platform Waste Solutions.(AUDIO)
McTurner also informed board members of an opportunity to expand the city waste contract with Unified Disposal Partner Holding LLC.(AUDIO)
Following the City Manager’s information, Council members voted unanimously to the expanded garbage collection contract.
