Union City Director of School’s Wes Kennedy had high praise for the first semester of classes.
At the first school board meeting of the year on Monday, Director Kennedy applauded the systems success for the first five months, and the work of high school Principal Jacob Cross.(AUDIO)
During the meeting, Cross also received congratulations on his work from school board member Rev. Curtis McLendon and board chairman Cathy Waggoner.
The second semester of instruction for Union City schools began on January 6th, with the final of classes for students on May 21st.
