A large crowd came to Discovery Park of America on Monday to take part in the annual celebration in remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The event included music and guest speaking, along with Civil Rights activities for young learners.
During opening ceremonies at Dinosaur Hall, Rafielle Freeman, the wife of UT Martin Chancellor Dr. Yancy Freeman, served as guest emcee.(AUDIO)
The guest speaker for the event was Dr. Mark McCloud, the Vice-Chancellor for Access and Engagement at UT Martin.(AUDIO)
