
The Jackson Police Department has arrested a 16-year-old male for the shooting that occurred at Jack’s restaurant on Monday.
Investigators located the suspect vehicle using the Flock camera system.
After identifying the juvenile suspect, investigators conducted a search of his North Jackson residence, where they recovered evidence connecting him to the shooting.
The juvenile has been formally charged with attempted first-degree murder, 2 counts of aggravated assault, and employing a firearm during a dangerous felony.
He is currently being held at the Jackson Madison County Juvenile Detention Center awaiting a hearing date.
